I’ve followed this physician and her writings about bifido bacterium for awhile. I think what she’s saying is quite interesting. I also think the human immune system is more complex than we realize; I’m willing to bet our understanding of it barely scratches the surface. But what we do know for certain is that our intestinal flora plays a large role in our immune function.
Something about SARS-COV-2 and its “vaccines” is destroying people’s immune function. Dr. Hazan has uncovered significant loss of bifido bacterium in these patients. Personally, I think this is one of many ways that the bioweapon and the shots do their damage.
So much of our modern diets have destroyed our natural microbiome. The more I read, the more convinced I am that we should all be consuming as much fermented foods as possible, ESPECIALLY fermented dairy.

I use raw milk, and I don’t heat it past 110 degrees so as to preserve its benefits. I add 7 tablespoons of powered milk to help it thicken, but you can also add a high-quality, grass-fed gelatin. I then strain it so the consistency is more like Greek yogurt.
