It always intrigues me that the people who get the flu shot, get the flu. And even for people who don’t get the shot, the severe outbreaks seem to happen with an increase in “vaccine” uptake. I’m sure it’s not because the shots shed or anything 🙄

And, spend the $20 to buy an incentive spirometer from Amazon. Use this little baby ten time an hour when you’re sick. I can’t tell you how many people were spared the worst of COVID by using one of these simple, underrated devices:
