Today, November 30, is the feast of St. Andrew, big brother of St. Peter and Our Lord’s first apostle.
On this feast day, it is traditional to begin the St Andrew Christmas novena. Unlike most novenas which are offered for 9 days, this one lasts for 25 days – from today until Christmas Eve. I have received many graces from this novena, and I hope you do, too.
“Hail, and blessed be the hour and moment at which the Son of God was born of a most pure Virgin at a stable at midnight in Bethlehem in the piercing cold. At that hour vouchsafe, I beseech Thee, to hear my prayers and grant my desires.
(Mention your intentions here)
Through Jesus Christ and His most Blessed Mother. Amen.”
Say this prayer 👆🏻15 times each day from now until Dec. 24.
